What you can expect

  • Join me in a hands-on workshop where we will prepare authentic Sicilian pizzas using fresh, local ingredients and three different types of dough. Learn the art of making pizza with:

Dough with flour from ancient Sicilian grains: discover the rich tradition of Sicily through a dough made with TIMILIA wholemeal flour
Dough with MAIORCA-TYPE protein flours: with a high protein content, it is ideal for creating a pizza with a light and airy, soft and crunchy crust.
Dough with TIPO PERCIASACCHI durum wheat flour with low gluten content
This course is perfect for pizza lovers who want to explore the variety of flavours and textures that Sicilian cuisine has to offer. The experience will be offered and supported in English.
