Do not go to the ticket center or to the entrance of Neuschwanstein Castle, but instead redeem your voucher with the guide. From April 1 to October 15, this tour starts at 8:45 AM; from October 16 to March 31, this tour starts at 9:00 AM. The tour will take place with a minimum of 10 participants and may be canceled in the event of unforeseen illness.
