Welcome to our Stone Art Workshop – hosted by ChigiArt
ChigiArt brought together two cousins by a love for nature, creativity, and meaningful experiences. Phuong studied International Trade at Foreign Trade University and has travelled extensively, drawing inspiration from landscapes and cultures around the world. Chinh is a local artist who studied Art & Graphic Design at Hanoi Open University, with over 5 years of experience creating unique stone artworks.
Together, we created this workshop to share the joy of turning simple, natural materials into pieces of art that hold stories, emotions, and lasting memories.
Inspired by nature and travel
This experience was born during quiet trips to the mountains, where we spent time near streams collecting pebbles. These little stones sparked our creativity — their shapes suggested people, trees, birds, or quiet moments. Over time, we began arranging them into scenes that captured feelings or memories.
Now, we invite you to join us in this journey — to slow down, reconnect with nature, and create something beautiful by hand.
What you’ll do in the workshop:
Warm Welcome & Choose Your Frame
We’ll begin by welcoming you to The Learning Hub, a cosy space just a few steps from Hoan Kiem Lake. You’ll choose from our ready-made background paintings, featuring peaceful nature scenes, family life, or abstract themes.
If you'd like a personalised background based on a photo or idea of your own, we're happy to prepare one in advance (with an additional fee).
Arrange the Stones
Next, you’ll explore our curated collection of natural stones — each one different in size, shape, and feel. We’ll guide you in arranging them onto your frame to create a scene that’s personal to you. No pressure, no rules — just imagination and a bit of storytelling.
Glue & Finish Your Artwork
Once you’re happy with your layout, we’ll help you secure the stones in place using safe, durable glue. Then you can add finishing touches — like painted details, handwritten notes, or small decorations. At the end, we’ll carefully pack your creation so you can take home a meaningful keepsake.
Location:
Our workshop takes place at The Learning Hub, located in a quiet alley just a minute’s walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The space is warm and inviting, with soft lighting and a creative vibe. There’s also a charming café upstair, perfect for relaxing before or after your session.
Who is this for?
This workshop is perfect for travellers, couples, families, or anyone looking for a peaceful and creative way to spend time in Hanoi. No art experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and we’ll take care of the rest.
Come join us, and let the stones help you tell your storey!
