Once you reach an ice wall, you have the opportunity for even more adventure with an introduction to ice climbing. Your guide provides you with all the tools you need—ice axes, crampons, helmets, and more—to ensure your climb is as safe as can be. Make your way to the top of this sheer vertical wall, stopping to breathe in the crisp air and heavenly views from above.

From Reykjavík we also make sightseeing stops at Seljalndsfossand Skógafoss, some of the country’s most dramatic waterfalls. At Skogafoss you can climb the stairs to the top of its nearly 200 feet (60 m), looking down at the cascading water below.
