What you can expect

Enjoy a wonderful hike between the hills and the sea.
Starting from Riomaggiore, a certified nature guide will lead you up for 2 km to the “Santuario of Montenero”, placed just above the village.

Once we have reached the “Santuario” we will take a 10-minute break to drink some water and enjoy the beautiful view of the Cinque Terre from this panoramic point.

The tour continues for another 1.5 km walk on a flat trail. Here the Mediterranean vegetation will fill up your nose with its unique fragrance. Get to the “Stella di Lemmen” (Star of Lemmen) farm you will have the opportunity, at the price of 10 euros, to taste their wine and appreciate the atmosphere of this exclusive corner of paradise.

The visit to the farm lasts a minimum of 30 minutes. After the visit we will hike back to Riomaggiore.

The duration of the experience is approximately 4 hours, the total hiking length is 7 km, with a vertical drop of 350 metres.
