Go higher. Explore the raw volcano.
This experience is designed for adventurous travellers who want to leave the tourist trails behind. We head to the northern face of the Iztaccíhuatl volcano to discover a solitary corner of silence and purity.
The High Altitude Challenge: We hike approximately 6.5 km (4 miles) but with a significant challenge: altitude. We climb from Paso de Cortés up to 4,250 metres (13,943 ft) above sea level. The air is thin, but the views are unmatched.
Highlights: • Boca de Tiburón (Shark’s Mouth): A spectacular volcanic rock formation that serves as a landmark on our ascent. • Mipulco Waterfalls: A pristine cascade flowing through moss and volcanic rock. The water is freezing and pure—a true connection with the mountain's origins.
All-Inclusive Service: Return transport from CDMX, certified guides, hiking poles, helmets, and insurance.
Note: Good physical condition is required due to altitude.
