Start the workshop with fascinating stories about how French influence blended with local Vietnamese flavours to create the Bánh Mì and coffee culture loved across Vietnam today.

Then, experience making your own Vietnamese bánh mì by preparing 3 key ingredients:
    • Traditional Vietnamese pâté made from chicken or pork liver
    • Pickled carrot and daikon
    • Traditional butter sauce with eggs

Next, learn how to brew Vietnamese coffee using the traditional Phin filter and create 4 iconic Vietnamese coffee drinks:
    • Vietnamese Milk Coffee - Cà Phê Sữa Đá
    • Egg Coffee - Cà Phê Trứng
    • Coconut Coffee - Cà Phê Cốt Dừa
    • Salt Coffee - Cà Phê Muối

Hosted in a cosy small-group setting with a local guide, this experience invites you to connect through stories, conversations, and the shared love of Vietnamese coffee and cuisine.
