Visit the Lednice Chateau, a romantic chateau surrounded by a charming French-style park. The chateau is a part of the Lednice-Valtice complex and is the most beautiful building there. No wonder that it is listed as a UNESCO heritage site.

The chateau's appearance, which you can see today, dates to 1846-1858, when Prince Alois II decided that Lednice was the ideal place for summer fun. The chateau was rebuilt into a summer palace. The original Lednice chateau, resembling more a fortress, was standing there since the 13th century.
