The tour includes a visit to a Cameo factory. Cameos are typical jewels from the Roman era, discovered during the excavations of Herculaneum and Pompeii in 1748. At the factory, you can observe a craftsman at work. Cameos are jewels crafted from shells and gemstones, and they are hand-carved by the artisan. Visiting the factory will allow you to use the bathrooms for free before entering the excavations.
