After welcoming you at our place, we’ll begin with a warm glass of traditional Moroccan tea to help you relax and settle in. During this time, I will introduce you to the rich world of Moroccan spices, explaining their aromas, uses, and how they bring depth to our cuisine. I will also check if you have any food allergies or dietary preferences so we can adapt the menu (vegetarian or vegan options are available). Once ready, we’ll start the hands-on cooking class by preparing a variety of fresh Moroccan salads, learning simple techniques and flavour combinations. Then, we’ll move on to the main dish and cook a traditional Moroccan tagine, using authentic spices such as Ras El Hanout. Throughout the experience, I will guide you step by step, sharing tips and stories behind each recipe, making it both educational and enjoyable. At the end, we will sit together and enjoy the delicious meal we have prepared.
