What you can expect

Begin your tour with a stroll along peaceful trails, surrounded by lush greenery and riverside views. After about 30 minutes, reach the bottom of the valley, where you’ll find some picturesque spots for photography. Take a rest stop and enjoy some refreshing drinks provided by your guide.

This river spot is perfect for Shinrin-yoku, or forest swimming. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the sound of water, and rest your eyes on the patches of light coming through the leaves and branches.

After the rest stop, continue your way up to the opposite river bank. The total walk is about 3 km and takes around 1.5 hours, including the break.

At the end of the walk, enjoy afternoon tea at a dessert shop with over 100 years of history making Japanese confectionary. Chat with the owner and savour the snacks he makes.
