Below is the itinerary for the Ha Giang Loop & Sapa Trekking Tour 5D4N
Day 1: Ha Giang - Dong Van
08:00 AM - Have breakfast at ZingHome
09:30 AM – Conquer Bac Sum Pass, the first long and winding pass on the journey.
10:00 AM – Arrive at Quan Ba Heaven Gate & Quan Ba Twin Mountain, a natural wonder.
11:30 PM – Travel through Can Ty Pass, enjoy the stunning views of the valleys below.
12:30 PM – Have lunch in Yen Minh.
3:00 PM – Conquer Tham Ma Pass, an impressive winding route.
4:00 PM – Visit the H'mong King’s Mansion, explore its unique architecture and history.
7:00 PM – Have dinner and stroll around Dong Van Old Quarter
8:00 PM – Overnight stay in Dong Van.
Day 2: Dong Van - Du Gia
08:00 AM – Wake up early, have breakfast, and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Old Quarter.
09:00 AM – Depart for Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of the most beautiful mountain passes in Vietnam.
09:30 AM – Hike Death Cliff (Skywalk), enjoy a panoramic view
11:00 AM – Explore the majestic Nho Que River by boat
1:00 PM – Have lunch at a local restaurant and take a rest.
2:00 PM - Continue the journey through Mau Due, a pristine and beautiful mountain road.
4:30 PM – Visit Du Gia Waterfall, enjoy a refreshing swim and the fresh natural surroundings.
7:00 PM – Have dinner with traditional ethnic dishes.
10:00 PM – Overnight stay in Du Gia.
Day 3: Du Gia - Ha Giang - Sapa
08:30 AM – Enjoy breakfast at the homestay in Du Gia.
09:30 AM – Depart from Du Gia and ride along TL176 towards Minh Ngoc
12:00 PM – Have lunch by the river in Nam Dau and relax.
01:30 PM – Take a 1-hour boat trip on the Gam River, enjoying the calm water and beautiful scenery.
03:30 PM – Stop at Ta Mo Pass for photos and enjoy the panoramic mountain view near Ha Giang city.
04:00 PM – Arrive in Ha Giang city. Rest and take a quick shower at the free waiting room at ZingHome.
5:30 PM - Depart by sleeper bus to Sapa.
11:30 PM – Arrive in Sapa and rest at a hotel in Sapa town.
Day 4: Sapa - Suoi Ho - Ma Tra - Ta Phin
08:30 AM - Meet our local guide at the meeting point and depart on the trek to Suoi Ho. Suoi Ho, just 2 km from Sapa centre, is known for its peaceful scenery and Black Hmong culture.
11:30 am: Enjoy local dishes in Ma Tra village and learn about the artichoke plant, an important crop for the local people.
2:30 pm: Arrive at Ta Phin Village. This place is known for its beautiful mountain scenery and unique Red Dao culture. Visitors can explore traditional textiles, experience local herbal bath traditions, and visit the ancient Ta Phin Monastery.
4:00 pm: Arrive at a local homestay where you will stay overnight.
6:00 pm: Dinner and end of day 4
Day 5: Ta Phin - Trung Chai - Sa Pa
8:30 am: Depart for Trung Chai. This place is a peaceful village surrounded by beautiful terraced fields. Home to the Black Hmong and Red Dao people, it offers stunning mountain scenery and a chance to experience local culture and hospitality.
12:00 pm: Lunch time
1:30 pm: Shuttle bus back to Sa Pa and end of the tour.
