With the guided tour of the museum you will be able to discover, with a specialised guide, the different spaces of the museum where the garden with more than 30 different varieties of olive tree stand out, the operation of the original milling and pressing systems of the late nineteenth century along with other tools and tools of the field. Finally you can visit “The Cathedral of Oil”, the winery of the mill, declared a Cultural Interest in 1992. After the visit to the museum we will hold an Initiation Workshop to the Oil Tasting, in which we will learn to recognise the main organoleptic characteristics of oils putting ourselves in the skin of professional tasters.
