    1.5-hour guided tour in a small shared group (you will be part of a group of up to 10 people) with an independent local guide.

    Audio equipment will be provided (a microphone system for me and headphones for you) to ensure optimal listening comfort throughout our tour, even if there are people around us.

    Entrance tickets to the château are not included. The price of your booking covers only the guided visit and the listening equipment. Purchase your tickets directly from the château, allowing you to take advantage of any discounts or free admissions to which your family is entitled (for example, admission is free for children under 18 and for 18-25 year olds from the European Union!).

What you can expect

    As an independent guide, I organise this small group tour, limited to a maximum of 10 participants. You will therefore join other visitors to share a convivial moment and follow in the footsteps of François I and his ambitious project: to build the “Jewel of the French Renaissance.”
    Please note: My service only includes the guided tour; the entrance ticket to the château is not included and must be purchased by you.
    Also, get ready, because this tour is interactive! You'll need to participate by answering my questions or even by trying to imagine yourselves as courtiers of France on the famous double helix staircase.

    I'll meet you in front of the château's admission entrance, just before the airport-style security check.
    Please note that the visitor car parks are not located right at the gates! Allow 5 to 10 minutes on foot from your vehicle to reach the château. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the tour's starting time.
    So that you can spot me easily: I am a young brunette girl with glasses. I will be waiting for you there with my guide card around my neck and a French flag in my hand.
    Our tour together will last 1 hour and 30 minutes and will end on a high note on the famous terraces of Chambord.
