Casa Brunoro is the historic headquarters of the Prosecco Brotherhood, the place where producers traditionally gather each year to select the finest Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG wines.
Your experience begins in this remarkable setting, located in San Pietro di Barbozza, just a short walk from the famous Osteria Senz’Oste, in the heart of the Prosecco Hills.
At the scheduled time, you will receive your e-bike at Casa Brunoro, properly sized for you (you will be asked to share your height in advance). Helmets, a phone holder, and a paper map with the suggested route are also provided.
You will then set off on your own for a scenic e-bike ride through the surrounding vineyards. The route is easy and accessible to all, allowing you to explore the landscape at a relaxed pace while enjoying panoramic views of the Prosecco Hills. You can follow the route on your smartphone using Komoot or with the paper map. Riding through the vineyards where the wines you will taste later are produced creates a deeper connection to the land and its traditions.
Upon returning to Casa Brunoro, Manuel will welcome you and guide you through a tasting of selected wines inside its atmospheric underground wine cellar, accompanied by traditional Venetian cicchetti. The tasting offers an authentic introduction to the history, culture, and identity of Prosecco, guided by local knowledge and passion.
This experience has been designed to give you a complete and balanced introduction to Prosecco: not just a wine tasting, and not just a bike ride, but a meaningful combination of flavours, scenery, and local heritage. Tasting the wines after seeing the vineyards first-hand offers a clearer understanding of what makes Valdobbiadene so special.
All of this takes place in approximately 3 hours, making it an ideal experience even for travellers with limited time.
And if you decide to linger a little longer, Casa Brunoro is the perfect place to enjoy genuine Venetian hospitality and soak in the atmosphere of the Prosecco Hills.
An authentic experience, created for curious visitors who want to discover Prosecco in a relaxed and personal way.
