Chimelong Wildlife World has a large area of subtropical rainforest primitive ecology, characterised by large-scale wildlife population stocking. It is home to more than 10 giant pandas, including the world's only surviving giant panda triplets named Meng Meng, Shuai Shuai, and Cool. Seven generations of more than 60 Australian koalas is the largest koala population outside Australia, Malaysia's national treasure yellow orangutan, Thailand's national treasure Asian elephant, Honduras's national treasure aardvark, and other 500 kinds of more than 20,000 rare animals. Chimelong Wildlife World is praised as a “world-class wildlife park” by the World Zoo Organisation.
