Our adventure commences in the charming town of Livade, perched with its breathtaking vistas. From Livade we are heading to Grožnjan - Here, you'll dive into the intriguing world of truffles.

Wander through Grožnjan's enchanting streets and take a moment to soak in the views of rolling hills and vineyards. As we explore, we'll introduce you to Istria's culinary treasures. After the truffle experience, you can have a lunch at an Istrian konoba (note that lunch is at your own expence).

After the beauty of Grožnjan we are going back to Livade where You'll have the chance to taste a variety of honey flavours, from acacia to lavender, and learn about the rich tradition of beekeeping.

After a day of exploring and indulging, we'll whisk you away to Poreč, a charming coastal town, where your comfortable hotel awaits. Here, you'll savour a sumptuous buffet dinner, a perfect ending to your first day in Istria.

As the morning sun rises, we head to Rabac, a picturesque seaside gem. Before you begin your day, indulge in a hearty buffet breakfast at the hotel to energise your senses. Your adventure continues with a visit to Parenzana, a historic railway trail. Cycle or stroll along this scenic route, taking in the mesmerising landscapes and charming villages that dot the path.

Istria's olive oil is legendary, and you'll have the privilege of tasting its liquid gold during our visit. Learn about the olive oil-making process and savour its rich and distinctive flavours.

Lunchtime offers a delightful choice. You can opt for an authentic Istrian meal at a local konoba, where traditional dishes are crafted with love (lunch is at your own expense). It's a perfect opportunity to savour the region's culinary artistry.
