What you can expect

At this time of year, we spend time in the Western Serengeti, a magnet for the migrating herds during these months. Our safari also takes us into the Central Serengeti, ensuring that you see the very best of the world’s greatest natural park. And that’s not all. We finish this incredible adventure at a completely different location, the equally amazing Ngorongoro. Wonderful experiences which will remain with you forever. Expect to tick off a long list of animals, found for you by your expert driver-guide. Watch out for Wildebeest, lion, elephant, buffalo, maybe cheetah plus many, many more as well as colourful birdlife. Beautiful Tanzania will simply unveil itself before your very eyes.

Itinerary

Day 1 : KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ARUSHA
Arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our experienced driver guides, ready to greet and escort you to your hotel Arusha.
Accommodation: Kahawa House
Meal: Dinner

Day 2 : ARUSHA AIRPORT TO GRUMETI, WESTERN SERENGETI
After your breakfast, your Alaitol Safaris driver will transfer you to Arusha airport for your flight to Grumeti airstrip in the Western plains of the Serengeti. On arrival, you are transferred to your lodge to enjoy a hot meal before embarking on an afternoon game-drive in the area.

Day 3 : WESTERN SERENGETI
After your breakfast, you will embark with your driver-guide on a full-day game drive.

Day 4 :WESTERN SERENGETI TO CENTRAL SERENGETI
Enyoy your last game drive before depart to central cerengeti with enroute game drive.

Day 5 : SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After your breakfast, you will embark with your driver-guide on a full-day game drive.

Day 6 : SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR
In the morning depart with picnic-lunch to Ngorongoro Crater. Descent into the Crater to view game on the vast grasslands of the crater-floor.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 7 : KWAHERI (DEPARTURE SWAHILI)

After breakfast guided farm walk with an introduction to the cultivation of coffee. Return with picnic-lunch to Arusha with arrival in the early afternoon.
