What you can expect
Balance Yoga is the workout with yoga, tai chi and pilates, which builds flexibility and strength and makes you feel focused and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully constructed series of stretching exercises, movements and postures to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into harmony and balance.
