As you drive along the 7-mile beach, you will pass by the governor’s house. You will also get to explore Old Homestead House. The pretty little Caymanian cottage, which was built in 1912 by Mr. Phillip Bothwell, was used most recently as a tourist attraction, where tours were given to display some of the old Caymanian traditions and charm.
Take a trip to Hell. This uniquely named attraction, located in the district of West Bay on Grand Cayman, is well known for a small patch of black limestone formations that can be seen poking out from its lush surroundings. Hell was created by salt and lime deposits over 24 million years and the legend behind its name continues to be debated. Don’t forget to send your friends a postcard from Hell.
On the way back, stop at the 7-mile beach for photos. You can also choose to end your tour here if you want to take a swim or just relax on the beach.
