  • Passengers who weigh 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat at check-in.
  • You must present a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of the activity.
  • Optional hotel pickup is available (if option selected) from most select Las Vegas hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.
  • Effective Jan 1, 2026, Grand Canyon National Park will add entrance fees for non-U.S. residents on commercial ground tours, including Hummer combos. International guests must buy a 250 USD pass or pay 100 USD per adult. Kids 15 and under are free.

Effective January 1, 2026, the National Park Service will introduce new Grand Canyon National Park entrance fees for non-U.S. residents participating in commercial ground tours, impacting all of our combination tours that include a Hummer Tour. International guests may either purchase a 250 USD Non-Resident America the Beautiful Pass (valid for the pass holder plus up to three additional adults) or pay a 100 USD per-adult non-resident entrance fee, both of which are required by and remitted directly to the National Park Service. Children ages 15 and under continue to receive free entry when accompanied by an adult. Air-only tours departing from Grand Canyon Airport or Las Vegas are not subject to the park entrance fee.
