A place where they will learn the skills needed to create products that can be sold to feed their families as an alternative to their previous lives of crime. In the woman’s school, they are taught how to weave with traditional methods, producing ponchos, mats, hats, and bracelets, amongst other products. And at the school for men, they craft the wood into small pieces of furniture, tools, and small souvenirs for travellers.
