The Ruhlmann-Schutz family welcomes you to the estate's historic cellar, amidst centuries-old wooden vats (the largest holds 70 hectoliters). A place full of history where all your senses will be stimulated.

You'll then discover the vat room, a space considered a nursery, where the different vintages quietly evolve. Can you name the Alsatian grape varieties? How many bunches of grapes do you think it takes to make a single bottle? After this discovery, wine will no longer hold any secrets for you!

The tour continues in the courtyard of the Domaine, which offers a beautiful view of the vineyard. During harvest time, this is where the grapes arrive. Discover the huge presses and the principle of extracting grape juice.

The long-awaited moment has arrived: the tasting, in the typical small vault or in the estate's shady courtyard, weather permitting.
The wine list offers a nice variety and will allow you to determine, over the course of the tasting, which are your favourite grape varieties.

Your tasting will be accompanied by a snack.

Kids can enjoy grape juice from our own harvest and other little treats.
