    • The NASA Historic Mission Control tram tour included with this package is non-refundable and can be cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather.
    • Failure to arrive on time can result in a postponed tour date subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
    • Late arrivals can meet their tour group inside the Space Center's Food Labs Cafeteria if they arrive before 10:30 AM. All arrivals after 10:30 AM will need to explore the Space Centre on their own.
    • Late arrivals may request their general admission and historic mission control tickets sent electronically for self-admission into the Space Centre.
    • In the event of bad weather, travellers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
    • Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.

NASA Mission Control Center

This is the facility where NASA monitored nine Gemini and all Apollo lunar missions, including the historic Apollo 11 trip to the Moon and the final Apollo 17 trip to the same lunar body. It is located in Building 30 of NASA Johnson Space Centre. In fact, from this room, the NASA team exercised full mission control of Apollo 11 from launch at the Kennedy Space Centre to splashdown in the Pacific Ocean. You can feel the history in the room from the monitors to the rotary dials. The Gemini and Apollo space programmes were only the beginning for mission control; it has been the centre for all communications between Earth and our human spaceflight missions.
