You'll enter the venue and be guided by the team on a simple and friendly journey, ideal for those who want to discover local flavours with a pairing designed to enhance every sip.
The tasting includes two craft beers of our own production, served in a 0.3 glass and paired with two courses of the local gastronomic tradition. You'll start with ALMA, a Belgian-style blonde beer (5%), accompanied by a selection of fresh and aged cheeses and crostini with Monte Sant'Angelo bread. You'll continue with UMBRA, a Belgian-style amber beer (7.5%), paired with a typical dish of the day, which may vary depending on availability: for example, pancotto, semolina with turnip greens, or broad beans and chicory.
Besides the tasting, the experience is a chance to learn about the brewery's philosophy and the experimentation linked to the cultivation of native hops, to understand how the land and research can come together in a glass.
