We start our this day with a tour of the farmhouse in which we will have the cooking lesson and afterwards, we will head to the kitchen where we will meet our chef who will teach us all the secrets related to the preparation of the home-made pasta and the lasagne itself. This morning we will reach a renowned farmhouse near Assisi and we will have a fun cooking lesson in which we will get in touch with the Umbrian and Italian culinary tradition, and we will learn all the process of making a delicious home-made lasagne. We will learn all the necessary ingredients, the utensils and the techniques for preparing the pasta, the different preparations and condiments that we can use. The lasagne that we will prepare will be so delicious that it will be our lunch!
