Itinerary:
We will collect you at the designated time from your chosen location in Lima, either Miraflores or San Isidro, to commence our journey through the province of Huaral.
En route to our initial destination, there will be a brief pause for you to enjoy breakfast at your own leisure. Following this, we will proceed to the Huando hacienda, renowned for its expansive orange groves.
Following our visit to the hacienda, we will pause at the Velarde winery. Here, you will have the opportunity to sample their exceptional wines and piscos, along with other grape, apple, and honey-based liqueurs.
Around 1:00 p.m., we will halt at a rustic restaurant in Huaral, where you can savour lunch independently. This is also your chance to try the region's traditional dish, chancho al palo.
Our journey will then take us to Chancay, where we will observe the exact site of the Covadonga shipwreck during the Pacific War. Subsequently, we will explore the Chancay Castle, a palace from the mid-twentieth century now transformed into a themed park.
At the castle, cultural activities await before we return to Lima. We will conclude the tour by dropping you off at the starting point around 7:00 p.m.
