What you can expect

  • Discover the Spiritual Heart of Fruška Gora – The Serbian Holy Mountain

Welcome to a unique journey through Fruška Gora — the Serbian Holy Mountain, where centuries of history, Orthodox heritage, nature, and tradition come together.

Hidden among forests and peaceful landscapes are some of Serbia’s most important monasteries, each with its own storey, legends, treasures, and spiritual significance.

    The Monasteries We Visit

Velika Remeta — known for its peaceful atmosphere and renowned hospitality, and home to the famous Abbot Father Stefan.

Krušedol — one of the most important monasteries of Fruška Gora, preserving centuries of Serbian Orthodox history and heritage.

Grgeteg — one of the most beautiful and best-preserved monasteries on the mountain, home to the revered Trojeručica (Three-Handed Mother of God) icon.

Novo Hopovo — home to the incorrupt relics of St. Theodore Tiron.

Staro Hopovo — hidden in a peaceful pine forest and believed by many historians to be older than Novo Hopovo, offering a unique atmosphere of solitude and tranquility.

    A Different Perspective

This experience is created from years of exploring Fruška Gora — walking its trails, visiting its monasteries, and discovering the stories and hidden places that many visitors never encounter.

Beyond this passion for history and heritage, I work professionally as a Cloud Engineer, designing and managing modern cloud systems and complex technology environments. The same curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for discovering how things work are what connect my professional world with my exploration of Fruška Gora.

This journey is not just a monastery tour — it is an opportunity to experience the history, spirituality, nature, and stories that make the Serbian Holy Mountain truly unique.

Discover the monasteries. Hear their stories. Experience Fruška Gora through the eyes of someone who combines technology, curiosity, and a deep connection with this remarkable place.

Pickup by prior arrangement at one of three meeting points: Inđija Railway Station, Sava Centar in Belgrade or central Novi Sad. Choose one location; we confirm the exact meeting point and time before the tour.
