The underground river Coves de Sant Josep, located in the area of the same name, is a natural cave situated in the municipality of La Vall d’Uixó, province of Castellón, Spain. The cavity developed in the Middle Triassic period and is mostly composed of limestone. The origin of the river and the end of the cave are unknown. Represents the cavity with the greatest range in the province of Castellón, and the second in the Valencian Community. Furthermore, thanks to its water source, it is the longest navigable underground river in Europe.
