Get ready for an unforgettable journey along the Adriatic coast, where history, culture, and natural beauty blend seamlessly. This 2-day trip takes you through charming towns of Montenegro and Croatia, ending at the breathtaking medieval walls of Dubrovnik, famously called the “Pearl of the Adriatic.”
We start in Ulcinj, one of Montenegro’s oldest towns, known for its long sandy beaches and oriental charm. Once a pirate stronghold, Ulcinj today offers a relaxed seaside vibe and a unique blend of cultures.
Before arriving in Budva, we make a quick stop at Sveti Stefan Island for some picturesque views. Budva, often called the “Montenegrin Miami”, is a vibrant coastal hub where lively beaches meet a charming old town enclosed by Venetian walls. Stroll through cobblestone streets, discover quaint squares, small churches, and breathtaking sea views.
By afternoon, we reach the highlight: Dubrovnik. Famous for its dramatic city walls and baroque architecture, Dubrovnik offers a magical experience. After hotel check-in, enjoy an evening walk through the Old Town, along Stradun, visit ancient monasteries, or savour a romantic dinner by the sea.
The next morning, after breakfast, explore more of Dubrovnik. Climb the city walls for panoramic views, or take the cable car to Mount Srđ for breathtaking vistas of the city, sea, and surrounding islands. Free time is included for coffee, souvenirs, or photos.
On the return, we stop at Cavtat, a peaceful coastal town with a palm-lined promenade and relaxed old town, perfect for a calm stroll. Finally, before crossing back into Albania, we visit Herceg Novi, a picturesque town with flower gardens, a historic fortress, and a charming seaside promenade.
The journey continues towards Kotor, one of Montenegro’s most treasured gems, beautifully set deep within the Bay of Kotor—often described as one of the most stunning bays in Europe.
Along the way, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, where dramatic mountains meet crystal-clear waters, creating a truly unique Mediterranean landscape.
Upon arrival in Kotor Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will have free time to:
stroll through the charming medieval streets
visit the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon
explore historic squares and ancient city walls
relax with a coffee or light lunch at a traditional local restaurant.
The visit to Kotor offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and natural beauty, making it one of the most memorable highlights of the journey
By evening, we return to Albania, bringing home memories of medieval towns, stunning coasts, and the unique charm of Montenegro and Croatia. In just two days, you’ll have experienced history, culture, and scenery in one unforgettable journey.
