What you can expect

  • Depart from Rome by air-conditioned coach to explore two iconic places steeped in history, religion, nature and myth.

    After meeting in Via Bissolati (8:00 am), you will head to Montecassino, where you will visit the imposing Abbey of San Benedetto, founded in 529 and rebuilt several times over the centuries. Enjoy an hour of free time to explore the Basilica, the cloisters and the gardens, and let yourself be enveloped by silence and spirituality. Continue with a moving visit to the Polish Cemetery, a symbol of remembrance and sacrifice from World War II.

    After paying your respects at this emotionally charged site, the next stop will be Gaeta: a city between myth and history, immersed in a timeless atmosphere of narrow streets, legends and breathtaking views of the sea. Stroll freely through its shops, sampling products and letting yourself be inspired by the stories of its origins, already recounted by Virgil in the Aeneid.

    The experience is enhanced by a typical Ciociaria lunch at a carefully selected restaurant and by the scenic journey along the Via Flacca, where the cliffs and the sea offer a natural spectacle of singular beauty.
