Your adventure begins at a designated meeting point in Palma de Mallorca. Our comfortable transport will take you through the scenic Mallorcan countryside to one of the island’s esteemed wineries. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by knowledgeable staff who will guide you through an in-depth tour of the estate. Walk through vineyards with modern installations that showcase innovative approaches. Learn about the fascinating history of the winery, the passionate family behind it, and the unique characteristics of the Binissalem Denomination of Origin (D.O.).
Discover the intricate process of winemaking, from the careful cultivation of the vines to the meticulous crafting of the wines. Understand how the local climate, soil, and traditional techniques combine to produce wines of exceptional quality and character. The tour provides a comprehensive look at both time-honored practices and cutting-edge methods.
Following the tour, indulge in a curated tasting session featuring four exquisite wines (2 red wines, 1 rosé wine and 1 white wine), each selected to highlight the diverse flavours and styles of the region. Your tasting will be complemented by artisanal crackers made with extra virgin olive oil, paired with a selection of homemade jams specially crafted for wine pairing.
During your tasting session, if you wish to enjoy more, the winery offers additional options: another glass of wine for just €5, a cheese platter for €10, a plate of “longaniza de pagès” for €12, or a plate of premium Iberian ham for €15.
Add a freshly prepared paella to your tasting experience: Available Monday to Friday (Saturdays and public holidays excluded). Please request paella at least 24 hours in advance when making your booking, and note that payment (€35 per person) is due on the day at the winery. Options include chicken with vegetables or a vegetarian version. Minimum 2 persons to book the paella
