What you can expect

  • Begin your adventure with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Managua or have a free pick up at the airport. Travel in a comfortable, modern vehicle with a capacity of 1–15 travellers to Cerro Negro, the youngest volcano in Central America.
    Do not worry about extra entrance charges, as this tour includes all entrance fees to the volcano and the church in León.

    Upon arrival, embark on a guided hike to the summit. Admire panoramic views of the San Cristóbal and Telica volcanoes as you make your way up.

    Once at the top, choose between sitting or standing on your custom sandboard and prepare for an exhilarating ride down the volcanic slope. Feel the rush of adrenaline as you glide over the volcanic debris, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.

    After your sandboarding adventure, opt to stop for lunch in nearby León (at your own expense). Also visit the main sites in the city before returning to Managua.
