In just one day, you can explore the Ballestas Islands, known for their Galapagos-like wildlife, observe sea lions and seals, and tour the Huacachina desert in a buggy while sandboarding. Don't let your limited time in Lima prevent you from discovering Huacachina and Paracas. Enjoy this oasis and its natural views on a full-day tour, perfect for those who are short on time. Then, we will head to Paracas, specifically to the port of El Chaco, where we will board modern boats that will take us to the Ballestas Islands. During the tour, we will be able to admire the impressive marine fauna, such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, black cormorants called guanay, and various species of seabirds.

Afterwards, it will be time to enjoy a delicious lunch at the “NIETO” winery, where you will also have the option of walking around the surroundings or bringing your own food. After lunch, we will learn about the process of making Peruvian Pisco and be guided by an expert in a tasting of the different types of Pisco produced locally.

We will continue the journey to the Huacachina Oasis in Ica, where you can walk around the lagoon and enjoy its natural beauty. The most exciting part of the day will be the buggy and sandboarding activity: a 4x4 experience through the dunes of Huacachina, followed by an exciting sandboarding descent.

Before returning, we will make a final stop at “Racimo de Uva,” where you can buy snacks or souvenirs, such as wine, pisco, and other Peruvian products. Finally, we will make our way back to Lima, with an estimated arrival time of around 10:00 pm at Larcomar.
