What you can expect

Discover the best of Kashgar and Taxkorgan on this 5-day tour. Explore the city's Old Town, visit the Grand Bazaar, and see the Karalul and Karakul lakes.

On Day 1, meet your guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel. On Day 2, visit the biggest mosque in Xinjiang, explore the Old Town, and visit a Uyghur family. Walk to Handicrafts Street, and visit the Grand Bazaar.

On Day 3, drive along the China-Pakistan Highway to Taxkorgan. See the Baisha Lake and the Karalul Lake. On Day 4, visit the Pamir Scenic Area and see the stone city ruins and the Golden Grass Beach.
