What you can expect

Experience a day of wakeboarding and hiking in the stunning alpine lakes of Isafjordur. Learn how to wakeboard and enjoy the thrill of gliding across the water. Hike to the lake and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Meet your guide in Isafjordur and receive all the necessary equipment for the day. Pack your gear and lunch in your backpack and jump in the camper van to drive to the start of the hike. The hike will be around 1 hour long one way.

When you reach the lake, your guide will set up the towing gear for wakeboarding. Ride in teams of 2 and receive a lesson on the shore. Get instructions on how to assist each other in the water.

Your guide will control the towing device, observe guests who are riding, give tips for improvement, and assist in the water if needed. If the group is bigger than 2 guests, it is a great opportunity for others to hike around the lake or use snorkelling gear.

After wakeboarding, hike back to the van and return to Isafjordur.
