Callander is often known as the gateway to the Highlands. We make a short stop here for a comfort break where you can grab a coffee, use the facilities, and stretch your legs before continuing north into the Highland landscape.

Glencoe

Glencoe is one of Scotland’s most famous valleys, known for its dramatic mountains and powerful history. We stop here for photos and to take in the scenery. Your guide will share the storey of the 1692 Glencoe Massacre and explain why this valley remains such an important part of Scottish history.

Fort William

We stop in Fort William, a busy Highland town located at the foot of Ben Nevis. You’ll have free time here to enjoy lunch, explore the town centre, or simply relax before we continue to Glenfinnan.

Glenfinnan Viaduct

Glenfinnan Monument

Located on the shores of Loch Shiel, the Glenfinnan Monument marks the site where Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard in 1745. You’ll have time to explore the area, enjoy the views across the loch, and take photographs.

Neptune's Staircase

Neptune’s Staircase is a series of canal locks on the Caledonian Canal near Fort William. We make a short stop here to view this impressive piece of engineering and take photos before continuing the journey.
