What you can expect

If you're in Delhi and want to see the Taj Mahal & Agra Fort without booking a private tour, this shared group trip is a solid option. The day kicks off near Akshardham Temple — you'll need to get there on your own — where you’ll meet the group and your guide.

From there, you’ll hop in a shared van (with AC!) and hit the road to Agra. Group sizes vary, so it might be a small crew or a fuller van, but either way, it’s a relaxed setup and a good chance to chat with other travellers.

The main highlight, of course, is the Taj Mahal — and yes, it’s just as impressive in person as you’ve heard. A guide will usually walk you through the history and little-known details, and depending on the day, you also visit Agra Fort.

After a few hours in Agra, you'll head back to Delhi together. It’s a full day, but a fun and easy way to check the Taj Mahal off your list without the stress of figuring everything out solo.
