What you can expect

Enjoy a scenic journey through the mountainous Khizi District of northeastern Azerbaijan on a guided day trip from Baku. Experience local village life during visits to Quba and Khinaliq, and enjoy lunch while surrounded by the lush forest.
Arrive in the city of Quba, located in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains. Stop at the Qecresh Forest to enjoy nature. After exploring the highlights of Quba, take a break for lunch in the peace of a secluded forest.
Then, travel to the remote mountain village of Khinalig, thought to be the highest inhabited village in the Caucasus Mountains. During the winter season, the visit to Khinaliq is replaced by the Shahdag Mountain Resort in the Gusar region.
