What you can expect

Let the mesmerising view above the clouds to take your breath away and capture the dramatic scenery of the rocks lying on the valley of Kalampaka village. Understand in depth the orthodox Christian art and culture of the monasteries. Then you will have the chance to enjoy a traditional Greek lunch in Kastraki, near the city of Kalampaka, before heading back to Athens.

Wear shoes that you would wear on a hiking session and remember to bring
some decent clothing for the monasteries too! All of our tour leaders have an
archaeological background (studies in history and archaeology) and they will
bring you one step closer to the history of the Holly Rocks of Meteora.
