The “baptism of the sea” is the first step to getting closer to this world where weight doesn't matter and moving is like flying, where movements and breathing slow down to adapt to the environment. A world where great peace and silence reign, broken only by the sound of the bubbles we breathe.

It's a fascinating experience that even children who are at least 8 years old can do.
One of our instructors will guide you by the hand on this adventure. You'll get a short theoretical class on how to dive, the right way to prepare your diving equipment, how to put on your wetsuit, and much more! You'll do some simple exercises that will give you confidence and peace of mind on this wonderful adventure where you'll learn to breathe underwater! Afterwards, you'll dive directly from the beach, where you can reach maximum depths of 4 to 5 metres for 30 to 40 minutes.
We'll do this baptism directly on the beach so that you can really learn to dive safely in the sea and discover a new passion. It will be an unforgettable experience where you can test your skills in this magnificent sport and experience the incredible sensation of being underwater while operating all the diving equipment.
