What you can expect

  • Our restaurant is housed in a historic building dating back to 1192, adorned with frescoes from the late 1300s. Guests who purchase our tasting experience will savour the highest quality traditional local cured meats, cheeses from nearby valleys, and gourmet raw beef. These exquisite dishes are perfectly paired with a selection of natural wines, all sourced from artisanal producers. The tasting experience can be enjoyed in the frescoed hall or in the stunning outdoor courtyard at the foot of the manor tower, which stands nearly 100 metres tall.
