Your adventure starts right at our Taikuri Farm in Bakvattnet. Together with an experienced guide, you'll hike on snowshoes through deep snow-covered forests and open fjäll terrain. Along the way, you'll discover fantastic viewpoints with wide panoramic views. Keep your eyes peeled – with a bit of luck, you'll spot wild animals or their fresh tracks in the snow.
In between, there's time to pause: you can warm up with a hot drink by a crackling campfire, enjoy small snacks, and hear exciting stories about nature and life in the far north.
This snowshoe tour is perfect for beginners – you don't need any prior knowledge. A normal level of physical fitness is enough. The route is about 6 km and takes 2.5-3 hours, depending on snow conditions.
