FULL DESCRIPTION
See the legendary Nazca Lines in a single day from Lima, with no shared buses and no fixed group schedule. This is a fully private expedition: your own vehicle, your own guide, and a scenic flight over one of archaeology's greatest enigmas.
Your day starts early. Around 3:30 AM, we pick you up at your Miraflores or San Isidro hotel and head south along the Panamericana Highway, with breakfast on the way. As dawn breaks, watch the Pacific coast give way to desert dunes, river valleys, and small oasis towns on the drive to Nazca.
At the Nazca airfield, a short safety briefing prepares you for boarding a light aircraft fitted with panoramic windows and individual headsets.
For 35 unforgettable minutes, certified pilots gently bank the plane so both sides get a clear view, pointing out up to 12 iconic figures etched into the desert more than 1,500 years ago: the Hummingbird, Monkey,
Spider, Condor, Astronaut, Whale, Dog, Parrot, Flamingo (Alcatraz), Hands, Tree, and the giant Trapezoids. These geoglyphs stretch so far across the plateau that they can only be fully appreciated from the sky.
Back on the ground, enjoy free time for lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense) and a moment to relax before the return journey. You will be dropped off directly at your hotel around 10:00 PM, closing an
epic 18-hour day with a privileged view of one of Peru's greatest mysteries.
Because the tour is completely private, the rhythm adapts to you: photo stops on request, commentary in English or Spanish, and the comfort of knowing the day is organised end to end. Remember to bring your
passport, required for boarding the flight.
