Note that: During the experience, you'll learn about the history of gelato and how it's made, but the actual preparation of the white base to make the gelato will take place in our artisanal gelato shop, as it requires several hours and can't be done in just a 2-hour class. The mixing part will take place at the class. The same applies to pizza: you'll learn how to make dough from scratch, but the pizza you'll bake will be made with dough previously prepared by our chefs. This is due to time constraints and to ensure an optimal result.
