Embark on a dreamy nature experience with adventure and many tastings in Sweden's most beautiful archipelago - Fjällbacka. Take a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) out into the fabulously beautiful nature where you can pick seaweed, cook on an island, and learn all about SUP paddling and seaweed.

Meet your guide in Pluret/Plureviksvägen, Hamburgsund, at the beach where the road ends. There is a parking space there. Let your guide know if you need to be picked up at the bus in Hamburgsund city centre.

Take the opportunity to learn SUP technique from an experienced guide. Share in the secrets for mastering the board and turning paddling into a magical dance on the water.

Dive underwater with a seaweed expert to explore the fascinating world below the surface and pick seaweed for your lunch. Learn lots of useful things about seaweed, and with the SUP board, reach places that are otherwise difficult to reach.

See the seaweed's underwater habitat, admire and explore different species and their importance to the environment. Be able to pick them in a gentle way and taste them. We spend a large part of the day diving from the boards and paddling, so that you discover as many places as possible.

Go ashore on one or more islands to have coffee and have your lunch. The pace will be adjusted to the ability of the participants (the most inexperienced). Do mindful breathing exercises.
