What you can expect

  • You will participate in an open-water swimming training session under the guidance of a head coach from the FIN (Italian Swimming Federation).
    The session is adapted to the participants' skill level and to the weather and sea conditions, so that everyone can enjoy this experience to the fullest.
    After we all meet at the meeting point on the beach and change into our swimwear to get started, we will do a short warm-up together to prepare for the physical activity and minimise the risk of injury.
    Next comes the main part of the session, which is dedicated to open-water swimming.
    At the end, we will do another short cool-down session to fully benefit from the physical activity we have just completed.
    Each session lasts approximately two hours in total.
