What you can expect

Together with the wine, the protagonist in Corsignano, here is the rustic Tuscan
cuisine of tradition to discover, live and taste, rich of savours, delicious and
genuine.
We share every moment with our guests, making them architects and true
protagonists of each experience, in a friendly, joyful and cordial atmosphere,
appreciating the simplicity of the savours of our countryside.
Together with our Chef, you will prepare with your hands some typical dishes
You will become real Chefs!
At the end of each experience, we will offer you an aperitif at sunset accompanied by bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from Fattoria and after a short visit to the
cellar and a tour in the vineyards, the tasting dinner will start at the table with the
dishes prepared during the course.
The wines to taste will be:
• LA FAMIGLIA Rosso IGT or LEVITATE Rosato IGT
• LA COPPIA Chianti Classico DOCG
• L’IMPERATORE Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG
• Il DOLCE Vin Santo
Each wine will be introduced and tasted combined to your creations.
Classes start at 5:00 p.m.
This experience has a total duration of about four hours, including dinner
