Sicilian chef Francesco and sous-chef Adisa invites you for an unique farmers market tour followed by a cooking class where you will make three delicious and improvised dishes from scratch with all the goodies from the market. As you explore the market, you will taste the most incredible flavours in season and meet the chef's favourite local farmers. During the class, you will learn everything about the Mediterranean diet - noted for being one of the healthiest in the world - and real Italian and Sicilian food.
