Overview

Dublin's only working farm & gardens, right near the city centre. The Estate is only a 5-minute walk from the tram (Balally LUAS stop). It is a working 38-acre farm with a milking Jersey herd, Jacob sheep, Oxford sandy and black pigs, Saneen goats, Rhode Island red hens and donkeys to name but a few. A Farm 2 Fork restaurant on-site. Our Estate also has 8 different gardens for guests to enjoy and snap some stunning pictures.

Airfield Estate is a 38-acre working farm with a herd of Jersey cows, Jacob sheep, Oxford sandy and black pigs, Saneen goats, Rhode Island red hens and donkeys. Airfield Estate also has 8 different gardens for guests to enjoy and take some stunning pictures. As a working farm, almost all produce & animals are for use in Overends Kitchen, the restaurant that is on-site. Original home to the Overend family, today Airfield House is an interactive tour and exhibition which brings visitors closer to this admired Dublin family.
